Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
